Yeah I know. He ordered traffic then despite me telling him that I would provide tracking links shortly (it was 2AM here), he went straight off to Paypal and opened an "item not as described" dispute without coming to me first to even ask for a refund or even waiting for me to come back online. If he would have just come to me first and asked for a refund I would have given it to him but seeing as he wants to go the "dirty way" about it I will contest his dispute which he will loose because it's a virtual product and not a physical product. I did ask him to cancel the dispute and then I would refund him but he refused to do that. I don't think it would be fair on me if I refund "through" the dispute as that would be like agreeing that I've done something wrong when there is no wrong done here. Just someone who doesn't know how to do business properly and someone that needs to learn to communicate with sellers before running off to Paypal and opening disputes willy nilly. I've been on these boards for about 7 years. I'm no fly-by-night nigerian! He also fabricated lies about me to Paypal which is just plain dirty by saying "the seller is being defiant by ignoring my message, despite the fact his online status at Digital Point has shown him reading other forums ". I have been scammed by Alan Cigrani as well, his real name is David Goehst and email is . He has taken 312.5 dollars for traffic on May 2nd and never delivered anything! Then agreed to refund the money but did not. Its been over a week.. This guys also has felony charges for theft and bunch of other things. Please avoid this guy.. I filed a dispute with paypal and he claims they has delivered the item and now paypal is reviewing. I have never lost a dispute with paypal before so hoping i will get my money back. If not then I will need to take other actions...
Do you have any proof he is David Goehst, he has been banned from here multiple times using different accounts, if you have proof you need to report it to a mod or @digitalpoint so he can be banned again and can't scam anyone else. Perhaps @digitalpoint can check and see if there are any links between the accounts.
