I want to know, Which one do you choose....

Real Keywords = With many competitors

    or

Mispelled Keywords = With less competitors

Please provide your reason too! :)

Mispelled keywords = easy traffic but easy to get banned from Google (well... if the whole site is full of mispellings...)
    Such as http://www.6thgen.com

Choose Real Keywords, if there is too much competition with generic keywords, choose more specific and page relevant keyword phrases to minimize competition.

I always choose the real keywords. But I'm the sort of person who gets upset if I see an apostrophe used incorrectly, so intentional misspellings are anathema.

How about "liar" (In Indonesia it means wild)

as for me personally, I just write down the words as they come.
On the other hand I do not correct them very much when editing.
Some typos bring traffic but it´s not 1000s of people daily.

"Liar" is agood point but your Indonesian visitors, if not speaking English,
would just not choose your site when searching, they just see, the content is in Engles, from the snippet of the SE listing.

You could try to convert it somehow (I should try it as well, I never did), still I am not very optimistic.

The problem with one word phrases is that it´s hatrd to be the first within SE results.

You would need to put an extreme amount of effort to getting your site rank #1 for "liar" but - probably - you wouldn´t convert very much traffic to sales.

You (a slovak proverb) put the beetle in my head, I will try to figure how this could be converted into real sales - as even millions of visitors daily are nothing for your site (apart from your ISP raging) if they´re not converted into money (OK, it´s fine to have the visibility but it´s not going to feed your children).

I tend to prefer to use real keywords. I don't like misspellings in my content. However, I prefer to use keyword phrases that end up with about 3-4 words in them, so that there is less competition. Eg. I prefer to optimise for "cancer surgery treatment", rather than just the word "cancer" alone as keyword.

That's right, but if you starting the HPK in the beginning when launching your site, you will gain nothing in a few months.
