I can't take that site seriously with that banner and expecially that logo on the right.

I would suggest re designing the banner - also make it a little thinner to allow the content to display higher.

De emphasize the banner ads with your listing fees. The only thing you can see on the site when it opens is a page full of ads and a goofy looking guy in that banner.

Bring the content/posts higher so visitors can see some actual content when they arrive on your site.

Anyway that is just my opinion.

Good looking blog. Personally, I would remove the Entrecard and Blogrush widget as they don't serve any real purpose to your readers. Realign some of your text in the posts to either left alignment or justified. Central alignment is not recommended. Try to minimise the using of "bold" for your words unless absolutely necessary to make a point. Having too much of it is a distraction to reading.

The banner and logo aren't working, I like the rest of your blog, good pics and good property and estate agent related info.

The header photo makes one statement and the rest makes another. For real estate, I would keep the photo ad redesign everything else to keep with the photo image. Sorry.
