Ranks well in Google, Yahoo, most traffic comes from google. #3 on Google for Sell my House, #1 on Yahoo, #4 on yahoo fsbo listings, first page google how to sell my house, and more terms.

It is a property listing site for For sale by owners, or real estate agents. Listings are set to free right now but the site has a backend and you can charge for listings, 1,3,6, or 12 months. You can also set different prices for standard and featured listings.

PayPal - In the past the site has made $ from selling real estate forms, brouchure boxes, banner ads, service directory ads, etc. I have also made some money selling text links.

The site has 2 subscriptions through paypal for text links, one that is $100 every 6 months, and one that is $120 every 6 months. This would transfer to the new owner.

There are many ways to make money with this site. I had joined an affiliate program for a flat fee mls, I had some unique content written, and they pay $50 per completed sale. So far I have had one sale, just started this at the end of last year. I have sold directory listings on ebay, and also banner ads on ebay. The site has also made some sales through clickbank for a fsbo ebook which you get 50% which is $17 a sale.

Hosting: the requirements for this site are Windows Server, IIS 5 +, CDONTS, DSN-Less Connection, ASP Installed, Access 2000 database ( I cannot help you transfer this site to new hosting) You would be responsible for that. Domain is at GoDaddy.

Reason for selling is I am not experienced in ASP and I really can't take this site to the next level. I think it has a lot of potential for someone who knows what they are doing.

As stated in the thread I do not have access to my stats. My host has been unable to fix this issue. I can tell you that impressions for ypn or adsense ads are usually over 1000 per day. The weekends lower, 700-900 impressions.

The site has some good natural rankings in yahoo and google. It has been up and running for 3 years. I really have not spent a lot of time promoting it in the last year. It has a lot of potential. It has been getting about 5 new listings on average a day.
