I am wondering if real estate site still making good income from adsense. For the past years I have 2 sites making good income from adsense, they have high paying bids but I have sold those 2 sites year ago and never start making same niche. I just wondering if they are still good keywords for adsense or like other niche pay per click have been drop low.
In my experience, Real Estate sites pay quite well but getting traffic is the hard part. When I enter the phrase Real Estate into Google I get 299,000,000 results. It's a very competitive niche. You're likely to do better with a narrowly-focused niche around an underserved local real estate market.
I run blog about rental apartment in my country, I have seen so many times eCPM is high cost, but what I got CPC rate only small price.
Wow! that's lot of competitor, I guess if we go to this niche we should not depend of SE traffic only...
Its a compeitive niche but always bound to pay well becausee we are talking about high value products and services that are being advertised and the keywords among adwords advertisers are extremely competitive.
I believe it is still good chance to earn with real estate except that the keywords 'real estate' is too competitive. Must look for less competitive words in order to draw search engines traffic for google adsense. Cheers! Edward Han
