Selling Real Estate site for sale using Trulia API

I'm selling a site that I have since a couple of years but never worked on it.
This is a Real Estate site using the Trulia API.
My original idea was to sell "business card" in each city for only one exclusive Real Estate agent.
See an example here , on the left.
That little card is a HTML table where you can change the photo and info so no need to know any code to do that.
I wanted to sell those to only ONE agent in that city for a $29.99/year, which is cheap keeping in mind the exclusivity of it.
Now, $29.99/years for each city in each state = lots of money!!
For example, Alabama only, there are 103 cities = $29.99 x 103 = $3,088.97
So when you think there are 50 states!!!
And you can still put two business card if you want, or charge a monthly fee instead...
The job will be to contact Real Estate agent though...but the potential is there.
Plus, there is adsense all over the place!!

The Trulia API updates the real estate listing all the time, so properties are always moving and changing...Nothing to do there...

Not much revenue except few clicks here and there from adsense...
