    Nice site (new) for homes for sale by owner in the great LA area. These sites are great to direct sell ad space to realtors in the local market. Has a little over 100 listings (all real listing). The site is set up to charge for ads via paypal or 2checkout.com. You can also set it to free and just charge for homepage listings. Only asking $40.

    Are these listing scraped from somewhere else? It appears the domain was registered today... how could there already be 100 real listings?

    Yes they are pulled from a free classified ad site. All the listings are real and current (as of today) with valid contact info.
