Hi Guys, this is a serious job I need quotes for. I have recently started working for a new estate agents in Portugal. They are hoping to start a franchise system so that they can have multiple office around the country. We will need an admin station that will allow every office to upload its own pictures and descriptions etc. And also allow other offices to see what they have done. We will need a fully searchable database so that customers can easily find what they are looking for etc. The site will also have to have an easy edit facility so that I can update it on a regular basis and I will also have to be able to duplicate the site in Portuguese. Could any serious designers out there please send me a rough quote for hosting, design and afte sales back up. Also any previous testimonials and previous site builds would be an advantage. Yes its a large project. Have had a couple of quotes in so far. I will not give a budget as its a case of if the right person comes along and can do the job then the money will be made available to me. To give people an idea of what I am looking for please check this EXAMPLE
Wow, so you're willing to pay whatever it takes for the right person? In that case, I throw my hat in the ring. I could have it done for $35-40K USD and a whole lot more professional/accessible/stylish/etc than that link you posted (frames?)
Sorry but thats more than double what we have been quoted from a very reputable company in Spain who have offices we can visit to discuss things with etc. Our budget was around the €10,000 mark maximum, but thanks for your offer.
For simplicity will go for US$ - $5,000 for the site you are asking for. We can provide a link via PM to a site we have just completed and the client is testing but is open to all registered users to post on the site rather than just your set offices. We dont want to give an open link to it as the client is testing and we dont want it spammed with lots of people testing to see how the site works.
