    i'm looking for good real estate script for properties for sale direct from the owner, i.e. no estate agents.

    please let me know if any good scripts inmarket.

    MaklerPlus is a brilliant real estate script, and it is open source software. I'm not sure if it is the right choice for you though. Check it out;

    make a site in joomla , its pretty easy , i made 1 estate site in joomla there is enough stuff to make one
