Requirements: The script itself can be very simple but must... 1. Have an excellent design > homepage must have pictures from new(and featured) listings. 2. Allow people to sign up as owners AND agents and be able to list properties. 3. Be Easy to use. 4. allow for payment modules. A system must be available whereby people can be charged for creating listings/adding extra photos/featured listings etc. 5. have, during the listing process, the ability for the lister to put a circle(or pin/pointer) on a picture of a map to show the location of the property. 6. be able to email all users with one page 7. Allow users to confirm their listing before placing. Yeah and like its really hard to get 10 itraders if you bounce up to services and sign up for $4 backlinks a few dozen times. Ask for a portfolio or example sites. Much better reference material than itrader. Cause I'm positive very few people on here with 50+ itrader got those from $100+ transactions.
Sorry to be blunt, but last time I check, It was me handing out the cash, not you so Im allowed to have requirements And yeah, since we haven't had a great response, post your portfolio and what you're capable of even if you dont meet the post count and itrader rating level.
