Hi, Can anyone tell about how well real estate keywords are paying in Adsense? Are they highest paying, good, fair or below average (0.10)? I know traffic and location/region of incoming clicks matters in getting good CTR, but I was just trying to get an idea about this business niche. Replies are appreciated. Good luck,
Yeah, you can say that I have passion of real estate. One of my friend has a real estate site and from him I am very much inspired. Though his site is not well-maintained, but I personally am thinking/planning of launching my own real estate portal. Looking for your guide/help. Good luck,
If it's something you're interested in and can generate real and unique content for, I'd say go for it. If you're interested in it, you'll be able to maintain it longer than if you just see it as an HPK site which you have no interest in. In time you can build it up to an authority site and it won't matter the amount per click but rather the number of clicks...I'd rather havea 1000 lower paying clicks than three or four higher paying ones per day.

It was much better years back, when the economy was booming and people were paying high cpc's for leads. These days, it will not be as lucrative, but I'm sure there is good money still....just not the same as it once was.
Using micro niche finder, Real Estate is a 2.75 ad cost with the results running as high as 4.08 and as low as .05 with the average in the 1.60 range. If you keyword your site properly and get traffic, you'll make decent bank.
I think real estate would be perfect not only because of the cost per click but especially now because houses are so cheap at the moment. Anyone looking to invest is watching the web for bargains and info, that means traffic. At least for now.
