Real Estate Marketing - listings

    I'd like to know whether anyone can suggest a good way to market my estate listings.

    Some suggestions: You could create a blog (check with your local area as to what info has to be on there (like broker) if you are licensed), put a few posts of unique content per week at first. The posts can be relevant information or tips for buyers in general and make sure the posts are keyword rich to try and rank for a local keyword with low competition. Then you could set up an aweber account to collect email addresses (optional for your visitors if they want to be notified of other or future listing you may have - you could give away a free report that you create to get more people to subscribe). Do some SEO as well to help rank your site. You can also put up some youtube videos to drive traffic to your site and get your name/out there. You could also contact some apartment complexes to see if you can set up some fliers in their mail rooms for people that outgrew their apartment and are looking for properties. If you have investment properties, of course market to the investor market. Good luck! :)
