Is there any real estate listing website where you can legally copy the listings content into your own website?

I highly doubt that there is anything like that. No offense, but realtors seem to be not the best networkers online. I think that you would run into some serious trouble doing it. Just my 2 cents.

You are looking for some sort of "feed". That's the keyword. I know that Amazon has a powerful feed. It may be possible that some of the major real estate sites have something like this.

I'm actually working on something very similar, but it may be a while before it's complete.

Thank you, I was having a hard time trying to title this thread, and perhaps a better title would be "Real Estate Listing RSS Feed"

Herein lies the problem. For a real estate salesperson to make a listing public, they need to get the permission of their broker for each and every advertisement. The goal of a salesperson is to advertise themselves, not the properties because there is too much hastle in getting every property ad approved. There are also legal issues with getting them all removed within a certain period of time, if I remember correctly from real estate school. The good news is, every state is different. This is the law for Michigan, but I don't know about other states. If I were you, I would call up an experienced real estate broker and ask them. Don't ask a salesperson, it's not their butt on the line.

Hope this helps! I don't want you doing a bunch of work for nothing.

Do these same rules apply for FSBO listings?
