Real Estate Lead Gen. $50k Proven Revenue

I have a website: www.househunterhq.com that I would like to sell.

The site is very large, HTML static and well optimized. The site is currently being used to sell lead generation for realtors and brings in an average of $10,000 month with a sales staff of 1 - has potential to make a lot more. The site brings in an average of $200/month in adsense.

The site was created in 2003. Some of the terms the homepage ranks for:

Relocation Agents - #3 on Google
online city directory - #14 on Google
city neighborhood profiles - #2 on Google


If you look on the city level pages, realtors can purchase sponsorships for $295/6 months per city. Any leads from that specific city page are sent to the realtor. see an example here:

I have had only one sales person selling sponsorships part time this year and she has brought in $50,000 this year, last year the site brought in $96,000 (Sponsirship sales only). The site requires a sales person who pitches the sponsorship to realtors on a regular basis but my salesperson recently got a new job and is no longer making sales. Renewal sponsorships are still incoming on a regular basis.

A contact list of over 450 paying customers, all licensed realtors. If you know how to work leads - this is a huge list!!

After 6 months realtors can renew sponsorship or we take them down.

In 2006 the site received 101,811 visitors, an average of 682 per day. We received 3058 leads from site visitors in 2006 which we have full contact information for. We have never done anything with these leads - if you know how to work leads this list alone is worth tons of cash.


In 2007 I have not done much with the site but it received 60,592 visitors an average of 573 per day - the only way the site received traffic was through organic SEO. We still received over 2,000 leads.

This lead list has never been used - if you buy the site - they are all yours!!!

What CMS is it using, I'm intrested.

 

Not sure if its using any. I think the pages need to be manually configured when an new order is placed, but the admin panel has some sort of cms. Let me get kara in here to answer your questions in more detail.

 

There isn't a CMS on the site - I created each of the pages manually. The back end admin uses PHP mysql. When creating the site I wanted the most of it to be static for SEO reasons.
