    This is a site I built for someone and they ended up buying a different one so I need to sell it to get my investment back. The site sells ebooks, contracts, and forms as well as google adsense. It also has an affiliate program for foreclsure list which pays 25%.

    It is a nice site with lots of admin features. The ebook is just one that came with one of those 30k ebook packages.

    The site is less than a week old but so far it has gotten about 20-30 visitors a day and has made a few dollars from adsense but no ebook sales yet. I have not marketed the site any.

    i think you should keep it yourself
    you can easily make $150 back from adsense
