    how does http://newhomessales.org sound ?? uncompleted project, ("New Homes Sale" gets 1+ million searches each month) if your did some good link work you could make a killing, i have not had time to do anything with this site. I had a paid appraisal for $4k- but have lost the PDF from SEDO, happy to pay for another one if need be.

    Little earnings & traffic, altho clicks are in excess of $1- great paying niche.

    Anyway check it out.
