    The real estate finder allows home buyers to browse available properties for free. The property listings are detailed with features, photos, agent/individual information and driving directions linked to MapQuest.

    Agents and individuals can also list their properties. After a new seller has registered, they are able to select and buy a package depending on how many offers they would like to to post and for the length of time they would like to post them. Payment can be done via PayPal or 2Checkout and registration is automated. The seller will receive a few emails - 10 days before his account will expire, 5 days, 1 day. 24 hours after his account expiration date, all his listings and his account will be deleted automatically.

    It's a great design and it got a very good admin backend with a lot of features, check screenshot

    Traffic and revenue: Non at the moment due to I havent had time to promote it any way. The site is adsense ready, just put the code into the admin area and it will start making money.

    It's so easy to maintain and with some traffic this site could make some serious money from both adsense and listing fees (it's possible to add/remove fees if you wish to offer free listing)

    very interested...could you put a fee for let's say a month add? and also do you accept payment via moneybookers?
