    Personally I've never heard the term "hire flat" used so would say reg. fee.
    There could be a country where people use this term but I dont think it's grammatically correct anywhere - people 'rent' homes not 'hire' them as far as I know.

    You can only "rent flats" or "lease flats". What country do they "hire flats"? :confused: If none, then this name isnt' worth more than reg fee.

    I would say less than $10 because the term is not that widely known. If you developed it however then who knows.
