Mentioning that a reciprocal link is required for inclusion on the submission page would be much better than on the submission confirmation page. It wastes your submitters time, seems decpetive and less likely to actually get you a reciprocated link. The url has been submitted succesfully. The entry will be reviewed soon. We require a reciprocal link on your website before we can add your website to our directory. Please copy and paste one of our links to your website. If I had known this prior to submitting, it would have saved both of us some time.
Ok thanks for the info. I will try to put it ahead of time, is there any way to generate a lot of traffic even if I do not require reciprocals? Just starting out this page so I am trying more less to bring in traffic easier but I know that a lot of people will not want to have a link back. But I will add all of the links submitted in the past 2 days without a link back since I now do understand what you are saying
