looks good, but a welcome message explaining what the site does would be good. I know the domain explains it all, but it's always good to introduce the new users. Also i think there are too many categories in the left menu, that big ammount of links makes it look like an adsense site. Maybe you could put a search box instead, or make the menu collapsible. The logo is nice but that big cartton in the top doesn't look professional. Gaston
it works well but maybe prompt them for there stories / experiences - everyone has story about real estate - i think it will help personalize the site
