    I just think Seo Guy is pushing buying links to much. IMHO I think buying links may hurt you in Google. Also him and I have a history and I am not the most bias person when it comes to him. I have seen him try to emulate the advanced access system to much and IMHO that is not a good system to emulate. I would give him an "A" for effort but I personally dont trust his advice.

    I do visit REW and I have personally seen fewer post and threads over the last month. Maybe it is just that time of year when things will slow.

    As for the other directory, it looks to me that it is going in the right direction, I may be wrong and if I am it wont be the first time. I do like the look and the structure of it however.

    I appreciate what you guys are saying. I believe the time is now to lead real estate webmasters in the right direction to eliminate future filters and penalties that will impact the entire industry.
    I have seen real estate webmasters hurt themselves more than help themselves and I am working on several avenues to increase visibility for those who want to do things right!

    No link buying, no quick fixes - long term solutions and long term success.

    I am not in the real estate industry but will help clean it up from an ethical and efficient online advertising approach :)
