Real Estate CMS / Software - What could you recommend?

    Hi guys,

    I need to construct a real estate website. The properties would be updated by the client.

    Open source is preferable to a paid solution. So far the one's I've found via Google have seemed a little dated. So I'm thinking there must be a few good modules for WP or Joomla.

    Anyway I'd love to hear what you guys think and recommend?

    There are some good premium wordpress real estate themes from studiopress, theme forest, woothemes, and several others.

    Joomla will do this. There are several pugins now available with Joomla.

    Ya my vote as above, would be with Joomla, its definitely one of the best open source CMS's.

    Thanks for the reply guys.

    I'm leaning towards Joomla as I'm familiar with it and it's supported by a strong community. Just need to get some reliable info on the plugins.

    Seems that Open Realty has some potential (and it's free) but it needs a fair bit of time consuming design work doing to it get it to a 2012 feel...the client isn't huge so this could work.

    Any of you guys ever done a real estate site that I could please take a look at?
