Please tell me your thoughts about this real estate website I made for the company I work for.

    http://www.procoim.com/en/index.html

Any suggestions on how to improve the design? Or perhaps SEO-wise can be improved something? Is it easy for you to navigate through the page?

    Thanks for all suggestions. :D

The layout and the pattern is very nice, the colours are so good. But the running text in the bottom is running very fast, so can’t click anything on it. Reduce the running speed, other than this everything is perfect. Good work.

Id have to agree with the running text being too fast. I love the water moving though!

    Great job!

Yeah! that footer seems to be scrappy out there you may reduce the speed of that scroller and can use anything like TRANSCULENT Scroller which looks more better and effective supporting pause capability. Otherwise overall template looks fantastic. Keep it up Great Job done

The moving water is a nice touch, but the rest seems pretty basic to me

    Thanks all.

The moving footer was mainly for SEO purposes, so I didn't really care about the speed. But as nearly everyone here doesn't seem to like it, I'll make it slower. :D

    Thanks again! Any more suggestions?

Since the default language appears to be English you should probably have it rewritten by a native English speaker.

I love the animation in the header. Since this is a website for a real estate agency though I'd leave the company history on another page and use the main page solely to sell houses.

Nice, but kill that scrolling text in the footer. Use two lines if you ran out of width.

    Thanks everyone. I appreciate it.

The default language is Spanish (I liked to the English page because I figured more people would speak English here).

May I ask which text you picked up on? Because the text on the main page was actually written by a native English speaker. Just the property descriptions were written by a German guy that works with us.

The English looks like it was done with a translation program because many of the phrases sound unnatural.

Maybe some of it is just UK English, I am Canadian.
