Real Click or not?

When I check the Google Analytic/Reporting/Audience/User Explorer, I found that there are so many ID with session duration is 00:00:00 second.

So, the question is, there is someone try to destroy my campain adword, isn't is?

You didn`t choose "Paid traffic". This could be anything - bots most probably!

You picked "All traffic" - you need to pick "paid traffic" and remove "All traffic".
Then you can see duration of visits from AdWords.
Or even better, you can use Acquisition -- AdWords -- Campaigns.
There you can see how your camapaigns are working.

This is clearly bots and I too have been seeing the same type of traffic in my analytics account. Just identify the source and block them by setting up a filter

 

yeah, you should change " paid traffic" instead of " all traffic" then you can see it

1- Why are are seeing that report to see average time from adwords? You can better monitor your adwords traffic in next menu under = Acquisition -- AdWords -- Campaigns and furhter for each keywords. You can see avg duration, page visits and most importantly setup Goal and monitor it.
