Has just said he was not going to pay an extremely large bill. For laughs, I just looked at their website by searching for it in google by the companies name. With one or 2 baby links...I could out-rank with a nasty page. Is this against the law? This is a large sum of money...lawyers will be involved. I am NOT going to do this...but am curious.
It isn't against the law if you stick strictly to facts however I would strongly advise against it as it could possible hurt you in your lawsuit against him to collect those funds.
Why not use a free hosting provider to outrank them, make sure no content on the site can indicate you are the owner.
I would be careful...they may be able to subpoena the records from the free host to check the IP that logged into the account. It would definitely set a precedent in our arena. However, if you did it from the library
All so complex, just write about your experience..keep diary, wait infact its called a blog it will outrank them anyway. There is NOTHING they can do to you unless you slander them in some way - whereby they can ask for your site to be removed. Google wont touch your site if it is legal and non spam. Why should they? IMO
ROAR, You know that old saying about revenge being a dish best served cold? Get your court case out of the way, and THEN sock it to him.
Yeah but get started now so by the time your court case is finished then you will be out of the sandbox
