Ready made sites: How Can I make the content unique?

    Guys,
    I have bought ready made websites having 12000 web pages. Kindly recommend what changes should I make to them (and How?) for making the contents unique. The sole purpose for sites is adsense.

    How to make it unique?... write it yourself. Nothing can be more unique than the thoughts of your own.

    A simple logo switch along with a copyright notice should do the trick.
