Selling Ready made file hosting site for sale

I have a ready made file hosting website for sale. It includes a unique design and uses xfile sharing pro. divxplayer mod, rapidleech and torrent leech mods are already installed. The server is setup with custom configuration to handle a lot of traffic. Completely ready, you don' have to do any server side tweaks. (web server setup is Apache + Ngnix) works without any problems.

I have spent a lot on the setup but i have no time to concentrate and continue. the domain still gets 80-100 visits only.

per day, the site was having about 3000-5000 visits/day when it was closed (due to my hosting business affected and i can't concentrate). now i want to sell it off. Its on a very powerful server that i paid hefty setup fees to keep monthly cost down. I can show analytics when the site was doing functioning normally. Right now only 80-100 per day and site is not active.
