Ready Made Business: Domain Auctions Website [PR4, 5 year old]

I am selling a website called Domain Auctions Directory. [actsdr.org]

It is a ready business which requires a marketing push and someone to handle it. The site requires, 2-3 hours per week and can be easily managed.
It is a directory which gathers results from various domain auctions sites [For which you require their accounts] and thereafter each domain is evaluated by our algorithms and api calls to various third parties. Which give scores such as pagerank,alexarank, moz rank, domain authority etc...

According to our analysis, domains with high authority and pageranks end up being sold at a higher price than other which do not have good authority. There are very few services which provide the same. A detailed document discussing how to promote the business will be shared to the owner.

Important: You may need some php programmer (which you can hire for freelance) to improve the functionality via admin panel and fix some bugs.
