reading the book or watching the movie? which one make you more entertained?

    for instance harry potter series. i prefer watching the movies than reading the books. but for da vinci code, i prefer reading the book.

    I always enjoy reading books more! You can create your own concepts of what the book would be like while you are reading.

    I like watching movie best. Relaxing my mind better. Sometimes I am just too tired to imagine what I read. :)

    The books are always better. The movies never capture the depth of what the characters are feeling.

    I do prefer the books than the movies because in the movies they leave out so much of whats in the book!!!!!!:)

    Personally where a Great book is turned into a movie reading the BOOK will always be 100 times more better/entertaining than watching a movie!

    Ive felt this whilst watching the HP movies and Da vinci Code.

    I read novels also (like The Alchemist).. reading books or novels are great because you will learned more than movies, but movies are more entertaining..

    Sadly it's movies. I'm having a hard time trying concentrate when I'm reading a book. And when I do I easily loose the grip. Books tend to be better though.
