Reading OFFLINE HTML files on the iPhone/Touch? How do I do it?

    How can I read the HTML PHP Manual OFFLINE on my Touch 4?

    I have the HTML file. All I want to do is copy it to my iPod and read it.

    I've tried Stanza, but I can't get the HTML file onto my Touch to read it.
    I'm obviously missing something pretty simple (I hope). This was so fkn easy in the wonderful/shitty old days of Palm and Windows Mobile :D

    ??? Suggest me plz ???
