Reading Entire Quran and Bible

I plan on reading the entire Bible and Quran. I'd like to read few pages of each and cross out the parts that clearly oppose science or mind and publish the results of each session on my blog.

What are your thoughts on it and how would you go about doing it if you were to do so?

Reading the Bible you are going to find a mish mash of thoughts and ideas scattered throughout. Except for the last book, none of them, nor their contents, are in chronological nor any other logical order. Have fun trying to piece it together.

As for the Q, I have no idea, however what little I have seen implies it will be easy to debunk, much easier than the Bible.

The biggest probem I see here PT is that "you" are the only one deciding what parts get crossed out,and what parts remain.I believe some people may have difficulties with some of your choices.Apart from that,it is an interesting idea....good luck with it.

You're right. I'm sure they will. I'm not doing this for others though. I'm doing this for me, and I'll publish my thoughts on it. I'll be very interested to read people's comments and perhaps disagreements with them too.

If that's what you have in mind, I would not even bother about it....

Have fun crossing out those you think should be.

You could rewrite the parts you don't like. :)
