    Hi,
I just downloaded my access logs which are in MS-DOS format . When I run this file , I get an error saying :
This program requires more conventional memory . Increase conventional memory from programs ...
How do you guys read access logs for your websites ?
    Thanks
    Regards

    1.
I have 1GB RAM - and still short on memory sometimes if too many processes running:)

    2.
I use a access_log file analizer to process it and view the details of all summaries as useful for human eye reading
I use Angolizer - a modern / modified version of webalizer

    3.
    of course I use Linux :) :)
    server side and laptop side

if u want high level, heavy weight analysis software... i would recommend sawmil.. www.sawmill.net

if you dont want a very highfi software ...you can go for Mach 5 analyser.

    www.mach5.com

i use sawmill though....very good analysis for tracing how an user goes from page to page.....u can even zoom the visitors to their town level....
