So if one uses a non-stock PHP script and gets blocked for breaking rules one did not know about, but one goes an fixes one's PHP to cache correctly, how does one get one's IP UN-blocked?

They can list their IP address.

Bottom line is if you make any changes to the ad_network.php (or create your own), you would have the potential to be knocked out of the network. Especially if it does not work exactly the same as the stock one.

Sorry for being vague . . . on the blocked ip list. Is there anyway we can tell if we are on it? Like ads won't show up or error messages.

BTW any chance getting that weight update.

Ads wouldn't show because your server wouldn't be able to get them.

The web interface for the ad network now seems to auto-validate my site again, but I am still unable to get ads from the server. I sent an email to the address this morning with the IP addresses to bless, but I am still getting a time out of the connection to the file_get_contents for the ads. Please advise.

has nothing to do with the ad network. You would need to post it in this forum.

    Ah ha!

Well, I fixed the scripts. They definitely will not hit the server more than once per hour now.

Here are the IPs to bless:

    66.225.220.4
    66.225.221.13
    66.225.221.36

Incidentally, when you blocked the IPs for the ad network, it also blocked the perfectly innocent curl to the keyword tracker. Kind of inconvenient.

    Thanks,
    dej
