Read more button

    Hai wordpress users,
    can anyone help me with this small problem?
    My theme at Techxpot.com does not have a Read more button by default.But it shows a read more Text link.
    Do you know any plugin or a way to add an attractive Read more "button" to my website?
    Thanks in advance for any small help too.
