We have minor toolbar update since yesterday.
It is mostly for inner pages.
Now, if your site is new i.e Home page is PR0 - don't think it will get PR for your inner pages this time around. Your websites home page has to have a PR already in order to inner page get updated.

Next full PR update will be soon, in about 30 days or less ( 1st or 2nd week of October) and then if you have incoming links that are of any value and trust, your home page will get a PR.

You may also see some inner pages updated at the same time.

So those who say " I don't see any PR update" your home page either had no PR prior to this update or there was not enough to pass any more juice to the internal pages.
You will see N/A show as PR0 though.

If your homepage has existing PR and it received more strong BL since last full PR update( which was around July 20) it will pass PR to your inner pages this time.

Last minor PR update like this was back in June, followed by full update( home and inner pages) in July.

Same thing was in March/April before that.

Hope this helps clear some air about toolbar update for some people.
Those who dont read and just keep on asking same questions , sorry
    I did my best.
