Reached the weight Goal I had set!

About 7 months ago I made a thread, I have no idea where or what I called it. But it was about going from 122 poungs to 175 in 8 months. I did it in 7. I worked my ass off in the weight room and got a cut shape as well from the exctensive work outs in my MMA sessions.

Thanks for the people that said go for it and even offer'd suggestions!

I just turned 17 so I figured I would post the update in my weight progress.

*I know this is not a normal post for online, but it's nice to actually talk about something other than websites and funny stuff but Real life situations.

    I was 11% Body fat at 122, now i'm 9% body fat at 175.

So pretty much all muscle. And yah I'm in great shape, I am not quite as fast as I was, but for the sports I am in the extra power is more important than the speed.

Wrestling kinda makes you lose that extra fat you may have. I'm sure once I get outa highschool, I'll just work on overall strength and size and not focus all on the pound for pound strength.

    Congratulations...

    Heartly congratulations...

I have been trying to loose FAT myself. I had done all this stuff, like reading motivational books, creating goals, creating deadlines, etc, but when it comes to exercising, I'm pretty lazy.

I hope I can reach my goad by the end of May 2008. I have to loose 10 Kgs PERMANENTLY. I always gain back the weight I have lost... :-(

Then only I can think of adding muscle...

Actually dude, all those commercials and shit seem stupid to me. I was a slightly chubby 135 because I broke my leg and spent 6 months in a wheel chair. I got out and lifted and ate lunch meets daily, and some burned off and some turned to muscle.

As you can see in the picture on the right, My face is much more chiziled and I look older, I just turned 17 and I hardly have issues buying beer lol!

So just try that? Stick to what you want and workout for muscle, it really changes some into muscle.

congrats on the weight man, but make sure you're doing it right.. I know a couple guys that bulked up for football during high school, and now 6 years later they're nothing but chubby... Even worse, they still think they're the muscle-bound 18 year old from the 1990's...
