Reached $100 today after 14 days with AdSense

OK guys, well I own Aspired.net a film news website and 14 days ago I decided to try out Google AdSense, after installing it and getting approved I received my mail letter with pin about 1 week ago and was finally all set up.

Today I finally reached $100 dollars in my overall earnings.

Is this good ? or should I be making more or less ? I average about 900 visitors per day.

Since using AdSense my biggest day has been $40.01 with only 28 clicks, but the day after I received 27 clicks but only made $0.75c which made it my slowest (still dont understand)

My average/pay is at $7.18 right now.

Im just happy I've reached $100 and will be getting a payment next month.

alexa shows 1.6 million, looks really dodgy, i'll be surprised if google hands you a payment

 

no surprised, because its a new account.
i think it would be less than $10 per day few month later...

 

really so you are saying that it will get worse ? that it only did good cause its a new account.

 

well the site only 1 month old, but i've been promoting it really hard and thats why I get 900 visitors a day on average.

yes, i tested before.
usually you can get max revenue on first month by a new account.
you said $40 with only 28 clicks, per click is over $1, i think the film related site is < $0.3 per click on average.
so u r the lucky guy.

 

You got there faster than I did. Of course my site is for services. But my advice pages have had Adsense for a few years.

I was getting $50 bucks a month a couple of years ago.

More now.

So compared to my experience, you are doing pretty good. I get about 700 visitors per day and about 1300 page views right now.

 

I think you are doing pretty well. You just need to keep adding content to your site over time, and you should keep up what you're doing - the clicks will build over time and your income will inevitably increase. Just be patient and you'll do well!

Wow... you are doing real good with adsense. You are even pretty lucky because some people cant even manage to earn a single check from them.

i guess some one has clicked many of your ads. Take care of your account, do follow all the rules in bringing traffic..
