looks pretty cool, but what is the advantage? are these videos which have low ratings/views but are RARE finds? what makes this site any different than going to youtube? i think you should make that clear on the page so people will want to return

 

The search bar that you have placed in the header section is not reflecting.

Hope, you know that search bar is the 1st item that is searched for

 

The color combination is good. But, the placement is not so good

 

I give a suggestion, when the videos are choosen..

Place them in a designed border for it exclusively, which will be more n more attractive

 

Might be your content is good, unless you have a perfect layout.

Users may not stay in the page

its old script and was widely used , nothing special

try with a new custom script

btw these kind of site wont index much now a days

 

good point chandan. i don't think they would either, perhaps the script will make some what of a difference if your lucky
