Re-submission easy solution?

Once submitted to directories but still pending for approval for weeks and when again you try to submit, as you often forget to whom you had submitted in the past, it sends the response as - url already exits.
How to save time on re-submission and not to get kick-back that url is already there?
Checking with keywords or url in search boxes doesn't help either that url is already there. Url only pops up if it is listed otherwise no.

 

Dont resubmit, just forget about it ;p free directories may be sometimes totally forgotten...

 

Use a spreadsheet, submit once, mark it and move on to the next. Never resubmit.
