    Hi,

    I have a jpeg image thats 3224 x 1187 pix in size.

I need to be able to re-size this image but not by much as I'm planning to cut it into 3 sections.

I'm trying to use Paint shop Pro 8.01 but I'm getting a lot quality loss so I wondering if someone knows a better way to make it a bit smaller but keep the quality.

Are you resizing using smart size (as opposed to pixel resize and the other options PSP8 gives) to resize your image? If not, I find it maintains quality much better than pixel resize etc.

PS - I recommend using the "Resample" option in this case rather than "Resize".

I tried using the smart size and it worked very well, cheers for the suggestion.
