    well since most affiliates get 50 - 75% he just cut out the middle man

    But how does the transaction take place? Does he buy it with his own bank account with his own affiliate link, then burn it to cd?

    Does clickbank allow this?

    Well there are three options: 1. He owns a product in the same niche with a similar name 2. He stole it 3. It is the owner, but they are selling it via Ebay.
