Re-opening thread

    Hello,

    awhile back I had a thread closed, I'm trying to re-open the thread so I clicked "report" and wrote in the box to re-open the thread...

    just checking is that the right procedure?

    That is the right procedure.
    It may take a while for the mods to get around to doing it, but I'm sure it's on their to do list.
