re-opened a PR4 directory

    FWIW it's pr4 and gets a reasonable amount of traffic.
    I just remade it, deleting the old one.

    Charging £1 via paypal to reduce the the spam.
    (previously had 2500 waiting submissions)

    What about all the ppl that already had a link on the old directory?:mad:

    It was a horrible looking site, it was free for 18 months, so they won't moan too much.
    Some of the links have been carried over, I am adding them as I go.

    I won't be deleting the new UK Business Directory, only adding to it. :)
