Re-Indexing a Site

So I am working on a site that was de-indexed, all but the homepage. I think it was due to massive cross-linking. I removed the links and now I am ready to get yahoo to re-index it. Is there someplace I have to submit the site to?

Was it banned? if not just get some quality links, and submit it to directories. Sit back relax.

I removed the links awhile back, maybe 3 months ago, and I have plenty of links. I don't think it was banned. They do have the homepage indexed.

Well I found a form for submitting inquiries, use it and got the standard reply...

"I understand that you have a question about why only parts of your site
    appear in Yahoo! Search.

It has been determined that your site may not comply with Yahoo!'s
    Content Policy Guidelines..."

So I guess I have to take another look at it and see what the big problem is.

The site is doing massive cross linking with a sister company site. I tried a javascript link to still have them there but not show up to the bots. I guess I need to just remove most of em.

Web, can you point me to the form? Post or PM... I need to contact them too. Even if I just get a standard reply it is better than no reply.:D

    Thanks mate!

Use this link http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/ysearch/deletions/deletions-05.html and then click on the button that says "NO" at the bottom of the page.

They replied the same day I sent it. I just said that I wanted to know why the homepage of my site was the only page indexed in their search.

I think they provided that "re-review" form just to quiet the masses. I've yet to hear one person get back in after being banned.
