I optimized my website and changed title and meta tags but still google shows old pages, how can I get google re-index my website?

You really don't need to do anything but show a little patience. When Google recrawls your site, they will update the SERPs w/ your new title and meta descriptions (if they show in the SERPs as the Google snippet). There can be a bit of a lag between when they crawl your site and when the SERPs are updated...

If you want to try to speed it up a bit, you can try building a few new links... but it's really not necessary. It will get updated automatically.

Go to www.TurboIndexer.com they allow you to submit your website to 99 google data centers so google will crawl your website again and re-index it. Then you can see the new contents.

no worries, it will get updated over time. may take a week or two. just keep working on your site and keep building backlinks. goglebot will come revisit your site following the backlinks and update the indexing

Add a few pages of content and build your website a few backlinks. That should get it re-indexed.
