Re-evaluation of a Banned site for ad placement

I got one of my sites banned from Adsense. It was launced 2-3 weeks ago, but it is building up traffic now. Site was banned for inappropriate placement of ads, placing ads close to images. I apologize for what I had done. Now I have re-designed the site and I want it to be re-evaluated by Adsense support and get the ban lifted to run ads again. I sent a mail to support, but so far I haven't got any response. Anyway Is it possible for me to get a re-evaluation?

I have been an Adsense publisher since 2005. I have several established niche based sites. This is the first violation mail I got from Adsense. I have never been involved in any sort of TOS violations, like click fraud ...etc, bcoz am doing this as a living. So I dont want any future misunderstandings with Adsense.

So am just wondering, whether Adsense has a feature to get publisher sites reviewed upon publisher's request. Like Adsense support could determine whether ad placements, site content ...etc are compliant with their TOS and Policies. If there isn't such a feature, it would be nice if we could see such an option in future. Rather than shocking publishers with sudden bans. Or else warning mail before a ban would be a bit refreshing may be.

I know Adsense has to protect advertisers, but publishers also should have some sort of respect or something like that :D

Well am not talking about people who try Adsense just bcoz they heard about it from someone and ask friends to click on their ads OR am not dissapointed about Adsense (afterall they are the best ;)) or something like that. Am talkin about people who do this for a living and earn in 3-digits and more :D

The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I've repeatedly emailed Google and got no-where.

    I'd suggest using another advertiser.

But none of them has an ad-inventory to serve relevant ads for any given niche, I guess everyone knows about that ;)

Try this and ask for your account/site to be reviewed. Worth a try ;).
