Re-design two simple banners to fit website design - $20

I've got these two banners on a site that just don't fit the theme and feel of the site and I'd like them redesigned. $10 per banner. Just take the current design and make them all nifty

Sorry about no follow up on this thread. DP hasnt let me log in for 7 days, some weird bug.

I like Kie's design of the Community logo but the conversational decoding one has too much purple, its over powering.

I also really like efragoso's designs but feel yet again the conversational decoding banner looks bad as a purple block.
