re-appraisal - more info now!!

    I recently bought
    www.domain-speculation.co.uk

    I posted this in the appraisal but it didn't get much value. I have now realised its a pr4 and ranks 13th in google for the keyword "domain speculation".

    Anybody want to reappraise for me please

    Check the overture for "domain speculation". Any traffic? PR4 is okay. Domain isn't the best but can be used. Extension isn't best either. $XXhigh-XXXlow

    Searches for Domain Speculation are practically Nil on OVT. PR4 is diluted since the last google update. Dash and extension devalue greatly.

    Mid $XX at best. Much better if a good site is developed on it

    Well, many practically brand new websites with very few backlinks skyrocketed PR on the last google update. All of a sudden there are thousands of websites that went from PR0 to PR 4-6.

    I personally had two site go from PR0 to PR5 with only one backlink from a PR4 site. Just look at the marketplace. Since the last google update, the price of high PR sites and high PR link sales have dropped tremendously.

    If you go to google and check backlinks on the above domain. Google says zero.
