I notice you have locked the thread to further replies, but I do not feel my question has been addressed. It would be nice to allow dialogue rather than simply dismiss my question and decide the matter is closed. The email I received gave no indication of why I had been banned, and my question remains, why did noone inform me of the problem first or reply to my emails asking why I had been banned? I am myself admin of a forum, and would never ban someone without allowing them a chance to address something they were not aware was an issue, and would then at the very least extend them the courtesy of explaining to them why the decision was taken. Between that and having my previous thread locked before allowing me a chance to reply, I have to say I find the attitude of administrators in regard to this matter very heavy handed and frankly rude. Please do not lock this thread, I would like to discuss this by means of a 2-way conversation. I would have preferred to have done so by email/Pm but it seems these are ignored.
Send a PM to any of the mods online, we do not discuss members private infractions or bans online. Thread closed.
We do NOT have the time to have individual conversations with every member getting infractions, including the 7-day ban ones. That's precisely why we have an infraction system as opposed to having to PM everyone every time they break a rule. You wouldn't be so unsure about what you did had you bothered reading the rules, so I suggest you take some time and start. And do NOT start threads about your infractions.
