Buying RDP (Windows)

    I need Remote Desktop.

I need this just to download files from the internet (like movies, games, apps), to compress them (with Winrar), and then to re-upload them.
After I re-upload them, I delete them from the server. No direct download or somthing like that. Just personal use.

Please give me your lowest price (basic plan).

    Payment via Paypal.

What kind of budget and location did you have in mind?
